My Sexy Staff App

Dear Dante and any other staff members I'm unaware of,
I'm currently applying for the position under owner, whatever it may be (possibly admin since it is the most common title), because I have successfully managed a server for half a year. I have experience with new minecraft members as well as experienced players. My experience with dealing with insubordinate staff members is exceptional, because all the staff that I have managed never stepped too far out of line. I am 15 and play on a second server that Dante hosts, in which I am an administrator on. My education and manners are what matter most to you, of this I am sure. I'm very intelligent, and EXTREMELY familiar with the game. Although it may not be the most fun thing to do, I have learned successfully how to input permissions with the permissions plug-in. I take great care with my ban record, and so far have been banned from nothing at all. From McBans to vanilla servers, my record is clean as a whistle. In fact, I helped clear some bans for my staff members. I do own a skype and a Mic, and I would be happy to be asked multiple questions. I take things like administrating a server seriously. I'm very good at catching hackers and griefers. I don't swear at players no matter how obnoxious they may be. I'm fantastic with world edit and world guard. My building skills are of great value when building faction bases, spawns, and other buildings that can be utilized by multiple players.
